    CLEAN Cause, a yerba mate drink brand, donates 50% of its net profits to help people struggling with addiction get into treatment. The brand wanted to increase brand awareness and bring CLEAN Cause into the entertainment space.

  • The Idea

    We turned a celebrity endorsement into an authentic creator partnership rooted in shared experience and community.

    We identified and secured GRAMMY-winning artist Macklemore as an investor and the new Creative Director for CLEAN Cause. Having overcome drug addiction through treatment, Macklemore brought authenticity and a personal connection to the collaboration.

    The partnership kicked off with content that engaged members of the recovery community to share their journey in a celebratory hero video.

    Macklemore provided artistic direction on a new limited-edition CLEAN Cause can, digital content, and music and creative direction for the brand.
